The Man Who Saw Heaven: Miniseries
Filming of Episode 1 of the new miniseries will begin Spring of 2026. Auditions for actors has begun. If you are interested in being cast in the miniseries – including extras – please audition today (directions below).

What is a Miniseries?
A miniseries is a short, self-contained television show that tells a complete story over a limited number of episodes (in our case, 8 episodes). Unlike regular TV series designed for multiple seasons, this miniseries will only have one season, eight episodes. This miniseries will offer deep character development and a focused narrative. This high-quality production will allow viewers to binge-watch the story of Joseph.
What’s Different About This Miniseries?
Staying true to The Man Who Saw Heaven the musical, this miniseries will be a musical. The show will feature songs from the original album, giving off a similar feel of The Greatest Showman. The show will take a similar approach as The Chosen as it dives deeper into the lives of the Smiths, as well as others involved in Joseph’s life.

How Can I Be Involved?
We are looking for actors (leads as well as extras). Our small crew has room to grow. If you’d like to participate, we have openings in tech, A/V, cast management, costuming, and social media.
This is a voluntary production. The creators of The Man Who Saw Heaven have invested their own money to create this film. All actors are volunteers.
